How much will I be charged for delivery?

Deliveries to UK addresses - £15.00
Deliveries to Europe - £40
Deliveries to the Rest of the World - £65.00
For each item outside the UK.

When will my order be processed?

Once an order has been placed via the website, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail.

We then aim to process and despatch your order within 5 working days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All UK orders are despatched by courier. If you require any special delivery arrangements, just ask for details.
All orders to Europe and the Rest of the World are sent by Air Mail. Royal Mail aim to deliver items within 2 weeks but do quote up to 6 weeks.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (except American Express and Diners). We also accept all major debit cards such as Switch, Solo and Electron.

What happens if I want to exchange or return an item?

Red Dog Motorcycles are committed to ensuring that you are completely happy with your online purchase, which we believe you will.
However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your item/s, simply send them back to the following address:

Can I collect items which I have ordered online?

Unfortunately this is not possible as we do not have the storage space to do so. All orders that are placed online will be despatched by post.
